In the morning, a sumptuous breakfast buffet awaits guests with freshly baked bread from the baker, muesli, yoghurt, fresh milk, mountain butter (in summer), jam, local honey, homemade cakes and fresh fruit, eggs from the farm, cheese and sausage specialities from the local butcher. In addition to tea and coffee, we serve natural spring water and homemade fruit juices to drink.

For those who already have plans, we offer a delicious breakfast box and hiking snacks for your adventure. They are filled with fresh, crispy bread, regional sausage specialities, flavourful cheese, sweet pastries, and refreshing drinks.

The 5-course evening menu in the panorama restaurant is part and parcel of the culinary offering at the Vierbrunnenhof. To begin, diners can choose from sumptuous antipasti or a warming soup and a plate from the fresh, crispy salad buffet. For the starters and mains, our chef picks his favourites from the region’s traditional specialities.
He skilfully creates delicious, seasonal dishes to please even the most demanding guest. In some special evenings his creativity flies limitless, and he is also happy to incorporate his guests’ individual dietary requirements into his menus. A sweet dessert or a full-flavoured cheese board alongside fruit from the buffet round off the delectable menu.

There is an exquisite selection of quality wines in the rustic wine cellar, while the wine parlour with its large farm stove is very often the perfect place for guests to socialise over a drink or two in the evenings. The perfect place to reflect on your mountain adventures and make plans for tomorrow.
