A special place to enjoy the mountains

The Antholz Valley at your feet, kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancakes) or a speck platter on the table and clear, fresh mountain air flowing through your nose – all this awaits at the end of a short hike up to our Kumpflalm hut. This is where Mara creates an atmosphere of “Hüttengaudi” (chalet merriment) with her accordion.

Cool spring water and South Tyrolean delicacies from our farm in Pustertal: In the surroundings of a traditional farm, a holiday at the Vierbrunnenhof becomes a natural experience of pure relaxation for the body and soul. We are happy to share the homemade South Tyrolean speck and our exquisite selection of farm products with guests and friends!

Dumpling evenings and parties

At 1,653 metres above sea level, there is little to obscure the view for guests who have completed the 90-minute walk to the Kumpflalm. This hiking destination, open every summer from 1 June to 15 October from dawn to dusk, is also popular with locals.

Time and again, we also host dumpling evenings and parties, where entertainment is guaranteed.

Hotel farm & agriculture

Because the best is within reach

Hotelier Thomas and his uncle Konrad have a lot of work to do all year round on the Vierbrunnen farm: The meadows in the valley are mowed twice in summer, and the mountain meadows once. The hay is used to feed the farm animals, and the herby mountain hay is also used in the kitchen.

Of course, on our farm in Pustertal, in addition to chickens, ponies and cows, pigs are also kept for South Tyrol’s most famous speciality: the aromatic South Tyrolean speck. At the end of a long hike, its strong smoky, herby flavour will bring back energy in no time.
