You’re looking forward to your holiday; we’re looking forward to your visit. We have outlined everything you need to know about booking a stay at our hiking hotel in Antholz.
Cancellation policy
Currently, our loose cancellation policies are still in effect. If arrival is not possible, free cancellation or postponement is possible up to 48 hours before arrival. Otherwise, we apply our standard cancellation conditions.
Cancellation fees, if no travel insurance has been taken out: There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee
- From 29 to 3 days before arrival: 70%
- From 2 days onwards: 100%
- In case of late arrival and/or early departure, 100% of all booked days will be charged. Services not used, especially meals, will not be refunded.
Notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005)
Single supplement in double rooms:
€15.00 per person per day
Arrival and departure:
you can check in to your room from 1pm on your day of arrival. We ask that you vacate the room by 10am on your day of departure. Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 7pm.
Reservation:
We require a €200.00 - € 500.00 deposit to confirm your booking. This fee can be transferred into our bank account:

Services:
Unused services will not be reimbursed.
Pets:
Dogs are welcome upon prior consultation. We charge a fee of €20.00 per day (without food) for your darling pet. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or the wellness area. Please also bring a dog blanket with you.
Room numbers:
Unfortunately we cannot definitely reserve a particular room for you, but we will try our best to respect your wishes.
Non-smoking hotel:
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel. You are welcome to smoke outside.
